When purchasing a piece of jewelry from SORA by K.P., you receive free service maintenance once a year for two years from the date of purchase, along with access to our premium services. The free service includes cleaning, polishing, stone setting inspection, and restringing of pearl necklaces and bracelets on a new silk thread. To receive warranty service, simply provide the documents confirming your purchase at SORA and bring the jewelry to the boutique. The completion time for the service will be discussed during the visit, based on the scope of work and the degree of wear.
